How to become an Investor?
Step 1. Fill out the registration form to begin receiving properties via email.
As well you can call 602-628-7633 to discuss your investment criteria and go over any questions that you may have.
Step 2. Get your financing in order: Most of the properties will have to be purchased with private money/cash. If you do not already have a hard money lender, we can provide you with one.
Step 3. Please perform all of your own due diligence. Please call for an interior inspection
Step 4. Commit to the deal. A $2500 non-refundable earnest deposit will be required in addition will draft up a contract for your signature
Step 5. Close the deal and begin making money as an investor!
